Georgia moves up in college football rankings following Kentucky win

The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated the Kentucky Wildcats 35-14 on Saturday, have moved up in the college football rankings for Week 7.

Georgia moved up two spots to No. 10 in the AP Poll following the victory over the Wildcats. The Bulldogs received 1,084 points in the AP Poll, which is 119 more than they received in last week’s poll.

The Top 5 of the AP Poll is now (1) Ohio State, (2) Miami, (3) Oregon, (4), Ole Miss, and (5) Texas A&M.

In the Coaches Poll, the Bulldogs moved up one spot to No. 9, one spot behind Alabama. The top five of the Coaches Poll is the same as the AP Poll, except Oregon and Miami are flipped.

Georgia’s next game is on Saturday, Oct. 11 on the road against the Auburn Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala. The game will be televised by ABC at 7:30pm ET (Buy Tickets).
