Asa Wall commits to Georgia football for 2028 class

Asa Wall, a legacy tight end from John Milledge Academy in Milledgeville, Ga., has committed to Georgia football for the class of 2028.
Wall (6-3, 225), the son of former Georgia fullback JT Wall, announced his commitment to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on Sunday. He chose the Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Florida State, Tennessee, Penn State, and others.
“(Tight ends coach) Todd Hartley and I have a very good relationship, and we’ve been talking a little bit,” Wall told UGASports earlier this fall. “He’s just a great guy, he loves football, he loves what he does, and I love how he coaches his tight ends.”
Asa Wall is the first commitment for the Georgia Bulldogs for the 2028 class. Georgia currently has 29 commitments for the 2026 class and four commitments for the 2027 class.
