As the 2025 college football season approaches, 20 Georgia Bulldogs have been named to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 watchlist, an early spotlight for NFL Draft hopefuls and one of the most respected all-star game evaluations in football. The Shrine Bowl 1000 is composed of players considered among the best all-star eligible prospects for the 2026 NFL Draft class, with input from both NFL and college scouting personnel.

Georgia’s presence on the list is a testament to the program’s continued pipeline of NFL-caliber talent. Headlined by offensive and defensive standouts, the Bulldogs are well-represented across nearly every position group.

On offense, Georgia has four wide receivers listed: Dillon Bell, Zachariah Branch, Noah Thomas, and Colbie Young. Each brings a different skill set to the table. Bell is a reliable route-runner with toughness after the catch, Branch is an electric playmaker in space, Thomas is a unicorn-type mixture of length, speed, and range, and Young provides size and physicality on the perimeter. They’re joined by tight ends Oscar Delp and Lawson Luckie, who are part of Georgia’s tradition of producing elite players at the position. Offensive tackle standouts Monroe Freeling and Earnest Greene III give Georgia NFL potential on the edge, while Micah Morris, a powerful interior lineman, is one of the top guards in the country.

Special teams is also well covered, with long snapper Beau Gardner, punter Brett Thorson, and kicker Peyton Woodring earning recognition—an unusual but deserved nod for a unit that has often gone underappreciated nationally.

Defensively, Georgia’s loaded secondary is reflected in the selections of Daylen Everette and Daniel Harris at corner and KJ Bolden at safety. The front seven is led by edge rusher Elo Modozie, a transfer from the Army who is generating serious buzz. CJ Allen and Raylen Wilson bring elite athletic traits at linebacker, while Christen Miller has flashed potential on the interior defensive line.

Running back Cash Jones rounds out Georgia’s watchlist group, an all-purpose back with versatility and toughness who could turn heads during his senior campaign.

The East-West Shrine Bowl will be held on January 27, 2026, at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. It could potentially give a dozen or so of these Bulldogs a prime opportunity to showcase their talents in front of NFL scouts and coaches. With Georgia’s depth and pedigree, don’t be surprised if several of these Dawgs hear their names called early next April.
