McGee (6-3, 233) committed to the Dawgs over offers from Alabama, Florida, Louisville, Michigan State, North Carolina, Tennessee, and others.
Rivals.com rates McGee as a 3-star recruit. Scout.com also rates him as a 3-star recruit and the no. 49 defensive end in the country.
Although listed as a defensive end by Scout, McGee projects to play outside linebacker and will back up at the inside linebacker position as well.
On Friday during UGA’s Dawg Night recruiting event, Georgia picked up commitments from defensive back Quincy Mauger and linebacker Tim Kimbrough. The Dawgs now have 22 commitments for the 2013 class.

This fellow seems to have a very impressive offer list for a 3* rating. He attended camp without an offer at Alabama and came away with an one, and did the same thing at Florida. Then, he came to UGA Dawgnight and did the same.
He surely looks the part and is very well put together. He should be an outstanding player for us.
I agree. Looks to be a good one.
