The Georgia Bulldogs and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will meet in basketball on December 7, 2010, according to David Hale of Bulldogs Blog. A contract for the date has not been signed, but Tech coach Paul Hewitt confirmed the date.
The two teams have been playing in January, after the Fall Semester, since the 2007-08 season. They also played in January in 2003-04. Both Mark Fox and Paul Hewitt want to move the game to November or December when students are still in school.

Heard this from someone on the bball staff, but that was over a month ago. Schedule is still very fluid and wont be finalized prob til late August. Also, heard we were working on a potential swap with the women's team for a Sunday matinee game post football. That was up in the air due to the original BCS opponent backing out.
