Five-star DT Travon Walker commits to Georgia for 2019

UGA football picked up their their 13th commitment for the 2019 class on Tuesday when five-star defensive tackle Travon Walker of Thomaston, Georgia (Upson-Lee H.S.) pledged to the Dawgs.
Travon Walker committed to the Georgia Bulldogs during a ceremony that was broadcast live on FOX 5. Walker also posted a commitment video to his Twitter account.

Walker (6-5, 272) committed to the Georgia Bulldogs over offers from most of the top schools, including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Tennessee, and others.
In the 247Sports Composite, Walker is rated as a five-star recruit, the No. 2 defensive tackle, and the No. 26 overall recruit for the 2019 class.
Rivals.com rates Travon Walker four-stars, the No. 4 defensive tackle, and the No. 46 overall recruit in the country for 2019.
