UGA football: 4-star OLB Otis Reese commits for 2018

Four-star outside linebacker Otis Reese of Leesburg, Georgia (Lee County) has committed to UGA football for the class of 2018.

Reese (6-3, 215) committed to the Georgia Bulldogs over the Michgan Wolverines this morning. He had been committed to Michigan since June of 2017, but flipped to Georgia on National Signing Day.

In the 247Sports Composite, Otis Reese is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 5 outside linebacker, and the No. 87 overall recruit for 2018.

Reese is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 4 outside linebacker, and the No. 56 overall recruit for 2018 by Rivals.com.

In Georgia’s signing announcement shortly afterwards on Twitter, they indicated that Reese will play safety in Athens.

The addition of 5-star CB Tyson Campbell earlier this morning and now Reese gives Georgia the No. 1 recruiting class as ranked by 247Sports, Rivals, and ESPN!
