Georgia Bulldogs ranked fourth in 2025 preseason Coaches Poll

The Georgia Bulldogs are ranked fourth in the 2025 preseason Coaches Poll Top 25. UGA, which finished 11-3 overall and won the SEC Championship last season, received three first-place votes and a total of 1,466 points.
Five of Georgia’s opponents in 2025 are ranked in the preseason Coaches Poll. The Texas Longhorns are ranked first (28 first-place votes), Alabama Crimson Tide eighth, Ole Miss Rebels 15th, Florida Gators 17th, and Tennessee Volunteers 18th.
The SEC leads all conferences with nine teams in the Top 25 poll. The Big Ten and Big 12 follow with six and five ranked teams, respectively.

The Georgia Bulldogs are set to open the 2025 season at home against the Marshall Thundering Herd on Saturday, Aug. 30. The game will be televised live by ESPN at 3:30pm ET (Buy Tickets).
