UGA basketball lands Saint Mary’s transfer Jordan Ross

Jordan Ross will transfer from the Saint Mary’s Gaels to play for Mike White and the Georgia Bulldogs, according to a report from 247Sports.
Ross (6-3, 190) is a native of Pleasant Grove, Utah, and played high school basketball at Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Last season as a sophomore at Saint Mary’s, Ross played in 35 games, starting each time, and averaged 8.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. He also shot 38.0% from the field and 29.3% from 3-point range.
Jordan Ross is the fourth player to commit to Mike White and the Bulldogs this spring. The Bulldogs have signed BYU forward Kanon Catchings, Wofford guard Justin Bailey, and California guard Jeremiah Wilkinson.
Ross and the three previous transfers will join signees Jackson McVey (3-star center), Kareem Stagg (4-star center), and Jacob Wilkins (4-star small forward).
The Bulldogs still have three spots to fill for the 2024-25 season following the departures of Justin Hill, RJ Melendez, Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe, Mari Jordan, Jabri Abdur-Rahim, and Jalen DeLoach.
