2023-24 UGA basketball TV schedule announced

The 2023-24 UGA basketball TV schedule has been set, the school has officially announced.

The Georgia Bulldogs will open SEC play on Saturday, January 6 on the road against the Missouri Tigers and the game will be televised by the SEC Network at 1pm ET.

Other road SEC games for the Bulldogs include South Carolina (Jan. 16; 9pm ET, ESPNU), Kentucky (Jan. 20; 6pm ET, SECN), Florida (Jan. 27; 12pm ET, ESPN/2/U), Mississippi State (Feb. 7; 9pm ET, SECN), Arkansas (Feb. 10; 6pm ET, SECN), Vanderbilt (Feb. 21; 8:30pm ET, SECN), LSU (Feb. 27; 7pm ET, SECN), and Auburn (March 9; 6:30pm ET, SECN).

Conference home games for Georgia at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga., include Arkansas (Jan. 10; 9pm ET, ESPN2 or U), Tennessee (Jan. 13; 12pm ET, ESPN2), LSU (Jan. 24; 6:30pm ET, SECN), Alabama (Jan. 31; 6:30pm ET, SECN), South Carolina (Feb. 3; 1pm ET, SECN), Florida (Feb. 17; 1pm ET, SECN), Auburn (Feb. 24; 6pm ET, SECN), Texas A&M (March 2; 6pm ET, SECN), and Ole Miss (March 5; 7pm ET, SECN).

Georgia opens their 2023-24 non-conference slate on Monday, Nov. 6 against the Oregon Ducks at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a contest that is part of the Naismith Hall of Fame Series. The game will tip at 4:30pm ET.

The Bulldogs will then host consecutive games at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga., against Wake Forest on Friday, Nov. 10 (7pm ET, SECN) and North Carolina Central on Sunday, Nov. 12 (5pm ET, SECN+).

Next, the Bulldogs will compete in the 2023 Baha Mar Bahamas Hoops Championship, an annual preseason college basketball tournament that is held at the Baha Mar Convention Center in Nassau, Bahamas. Georgia will open the tournament facing the Miami Hurricanes on Friday, Nov. 17 (3:30pm ET, CBSSN) and will then play either the Kansas State Wildcats or Providence Friars in the championship or consolation game on Sunday, Nov. 19 (noon or 2:30pm ET, CBSSN).

Georgia then returns home to host Winthrop on Friday, Nov. 24 (5pm ET, SECN+) before traveling to take on Florida State in an ACC-SEC Challenge matchup in Tallahassee, Fla., on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 9:15pm ET on the ACC Network.

The six remaining non-conference contests for Georgia this season will all be played at Stegeman Coliseum — Mercer on Friday, Dec. 1 (7pm ET, SECN+), Georgia Tech on Tuesday, Dec. 5 (7:30pm ET, SECN), High Point on Saturday, Dec. 16 (5:30pm ET, SECN), Mount St. Mary’s on Wednesday, Dec. 20 (7pm ET, SECN+), North Florida on Friday, Dec. 22 (3pm ET, SECN+), and Alabama A&M on Saturday, Dec. 30 (6pm ET, SECN+).
