Georgia-Clemson kickoff set for 7:30pm on ABC
The Georgia Bulldogs-Clemson Tigers football game on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021 will kickoff at 7:30pm ET with television coverage on ABC, it was announced on Tuesday.
Georgia and Clemson will square off in the 2021 Duke’s Mayo Classic at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
Georgia and Clemson first met on the gridiron in 1897 and have played a total of 64 contests. In their most recent matchup in 2014, the Bulldogs defeated the Tigers 45-21 at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga.
ESPN also announced kickoff times and television coverage for several additional football games involving SEC teams. Below are the details:

Alabama vs. Miami (Atlanta)- 3:30pm, ABC
Georgia vs. Clemson (Charlotte) – 7:30pm, ABC
Monday, Sept. 6, 2021
Louisville vs. Ole Miss (Atlanta) – 8:00pm, ESPN
Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021
Texas at Arkansas – 7:00pm, ESPN
Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021
Auburn at Penn State – 7:30pm, ABC
Per ESPN’s release, the first three weeks and all special date games of ESPN’s college football schedule will be unveiled on Thursday, May 27. Conference TV schedules for the first three weeks of the season will likely also be released that day.
