The Georgia Bulldogs have earned the No. 3 seed in the 2019 SEC Baseball Tournament. The complete SEC Baseball Tournament bracket and schedule is now set (PDF bracket).
The 2019 SEC Baseball Tournament begins on Tuesday, May 21 and runs through Sunday, May 26. All 16 games will be played at Hoover Metropolitan Complex in Hoover, Alabama.
Georgia will open SEC tournament play on Wednesday, May 22 in the second round (double elimination). The Bulldogs will face the winner of No. 6 Texas A&M (36-19) vs. No. 11 Florida (33-23) at 10:30am ET on the SEC Network.
If the Diamond Dawgs win that game, they will advance to the third round and will play on Thursday, May 23 at 5:30pm ET on the SEC Network.
Should the Dawgs lose on Wednesday, they would play on Thursday at 10:30am ET, also on the SEC Network.
The entire 2019 SEC Baseball Tournament will be televised by the SEC Network, with the exception of the championship game on Sunday, May 26, which will be televised at 3:00pm ET on ESPN2.
The Georgia Bulldogs finished the 2019 regular-season with a season with a series sweep over the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Diamond Dawgs finished the regular-season 42-14 overall and 21-9 in conference play.
It’s the second time the Georgia Bulldogs baseball team has ever won 20 games in a season, and the 21 wins this season is a new school record.
