Georgia has lost their second commitment in the class of 2017, as four-star linebacker Breon Dixon has re-opened his recruitment.
Dixon was one of the first athletes to commit to Georgia for the upcoming class, announcing his decision on Christmas Day. He announced his decision to decommit on Sunday afternoon via Twitter.
Dixon’s decommitment leaves four-star Jaden Hunter as the only linebacker that is committed to Georgia for 2017. Xavier Jenkins and Dixon have both decommitted from Georgia in just over a month’s time.
The 6-foot, 218-pound linebacker ranked as the 11th ranked inside linebacker nationally and the 23rd best overall prospect in the state of Georgia, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. The Bulldogs could have used Dixon’s talents in the future, as their depth at the position is running a bit thin.
Georgia currently has 14 commitments for the upcoming recruiting class, with multiple commitment decisions from priority targets to come soon.

Starting to get a little concerned. Smart was hot for a while, but Not Much has happened in the last 2-3 months--I think one commit in that time!
Meanwhile at TN, they received 8 commits in ONE day during one of their camps not too long ago.
Not sure what is happening, but I hope it corrects itself SOON!
