Five-star DE Robert Beal commits to Georgia for 2017

Georgia may have landed its biggest commitment for the 2017 recruiting class, despite the numerous highly-rated players who have already stated their intention to head to Athens.
Robert Beal, out of the prestigious IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., announced Tuesday morning that he has committed to Georgia. He did so by a video with Bleacher Report, announcing his decision in dramatic fashion.
Beal is a five-star recruit, according to 247Sports, and ranked as the second best defensive end nationally. He is the 13th commitment for Georgia so far for 2017, the first defensive end in the recruiting class, and the third out of the state of Florida.
Beal, standing at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, had nearly every offer in the book, including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, LSU and others.
