New salaries revealed for UGA football coaching staff

Salaries were revealed today for the new UGA football assistant coaches and support staff, as well as for current coaches who added a new title.

New UGA offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer will make an annual salary of $950,000. Schottenheimer, who has a three-year contract, will make nearly $400,000 more than his predecessor Mike Bobo did.

New offensive line coach Rob Sale will make an annual salary of $400,000.

New salaries were also revealed for defensive line coach Tracy Rocker, who has added the Associate Head Coach title, and for running backs coach Bryan McClendon, who added Assistant Head Coach to his duties. Rocker will make $500,000 and McClendon will make $350,000.

Other salaries revealed include new Director of Player Personnel Todd Hartley ($150,000), new Director of Football Operations Josh Lee ($125,000), Assistant Strength and Conditioning Specialist Aaron Feld ($60,000), and Associate Strength and Conditioning Specialist Kelin Johnson ($40,000).

New Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Mark Hocke will earn $200,000 annually, which was previously announced.

Last week, it was announced that Defensive Coordinator Jeremy Pruitt will get a raise from $850,000 to $1.3 million per year. He will also get a year added to his contract which puts him in Athens for another three seasons.

Head coach Mark Richt will also get a contract extension raise, although terms have yet to be announced.
