The match-up in Columbia could be between Top 10 teams if both win this Saturday. 5th-ranked Georgia hosts Tennessee while 6th-ranked South Carolina travels to Kentucky.
This will be Georgia’s first appearance on ESPN this season. The Dawgs have played on ESPN2 twice and CSS and the SEC Network once each. This Saturday’s game is on CBS, as is Georgia’s game vs. Florida on Oct. 27.
Georgia has dominated the all-time series vs. South Carolina (46-16-2), but has lost two straight games and three of the last five.
Listed below is the complete SEC schedule for Oct. 6:
- Arkansas at Auburn – 12 p.m. ET, ESPN or ESPN2
- Mississippi State at Kentucky – 12:21 p.m. ET, SEC Network
- LSU at Florida – 3:30 p.m. ET, CBS
- Georgia at South Carolina – 7 p.m. ET, ESPN

HOW IS THIS NOT THE CBS GAME???? A top 6 matchup if both teams wins? (or is this the week ESPN gets first choice)
I suspect that ESPN doesn't want a good UGA performance against USC during 'prime time' to move UGA ahead of FSU in the polls...
Sorry, I meant CBS not ESPN..
EXACTLY! Oh well...let's go DAWGS! Oh how I want some SC ace right now! It's on!
Gameday may be present then?
