"Kasyn Cares" T-Shirts to benefit Pediatric Cancer Research

Kasyn Cares

This is from Paige Grantham, the wife of UGA defensive coordinator Todd Grantham.

Are you ready for some football? I can tell you the Grantham family is.

I think that by now everyone in the Bulldog Nation knows about little Kasyn Olivadotti, 5 year old daughter of Coach Kirk Olivadotti, who has been diagnosed with leukemia. What you probably don’t know is that Kasyn loves butterflies – they are her favorite thing. But with all the love and prayers she’s received from our fans over the last year, her Bulldogs are a close second.

At the request of Katharyn Richt, Steve Penley has captured those sentiments in an original work of art to honor Kasyn. Our UGA Coaches Wives introduced some special T-shirts with this design at a tailgate to honor Kasyn before last spring’s G-Day Game. Everybody there wanted to know where they could get one, so we had a small quantity made up to show to the ladies attending Coach Richt’s Football 101 Camp. When those 300 ladies bought almost 500 shirts in just 30 minutes, we knew we had a winner.

So here’s what we’d like to do: We want every lady and little girl Bulldog to join us and get one of these very special “Kasyn Cares” T-shirts and wear it to our home opener against Buffalo on Saturday, September 1. If you can’t make it to that game, wear it as often as you can in September, which is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. What a wonderful way to honor this precious little Bulldog, so order ASAP to insure you’ll have it by that first game.

To order, go directly to: www.choa.org/ugashirt. We have sizes for everyone: little girls, junior fit and regular. 100% of the proceeds will be directed to The Kasyn Cares Fund that benefits pediatric cancer research at the Aflac Cancer Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. AND please, we encourage you to forward this information on to all the Dawgs you know. Let’s make this something special!!

If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Bennett:

Thank you so much for your support on this.  God Bless and Go Dawgs!!
