“Yes sir, I committed to Georgia tonight,” Kimbrough told UGASports.com. “Georgia is a special place and I had a great visit there earlier. It is just a great fit for me.”
Rivals.com rates Kimbrough as a 4-star recruit, the no. 6 inside linebacker and no. 137 in the Rivals250 2013. Scout.com also rates him as a 4-star recruit and the no. 6 middle linebacker.
Kimbrough (6-1, 226, 4.57) committed to the Dawgs over offers from Arkansas, Clemson, Florida, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, UCLA, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, and others.
On Friday, Georgia also picked up a commitment from defensive back Quincy Mauger. The Dawgs now have 21 commitments for the 2013 class.

Its real refreshing when an elite player does not play games. We should all be glad that he chose Georgia. We have some great linebackers coming in. Grantham keeps doing a great job of recruiting and putting Georgia in a place where defensive atheletes want to play.
