Bulldogs top Panthers in exhibition win

ATLANTA, Ga. – The Georgia Bulldogs defeated Georgia State, 65-61, in a preseason exhibition at the GSU Convocation Center on Wednesday night. Sophomore guard Jeremiah Wilkinson led all Bulldogs scorers with 17 points.

FAST FACTS

  • In addition to Wilkinson’s 17 points, Blue Cain added 13 points, and Smurf Millender had eight points for Georgia.
  • Somto Cyril led both teams in blocks with seven while the Bulldogs swatted 14 total.
  • Georgia shot 43% from the floor.
  • All told, 10 Bulldogs featured and added points in the win.
  • The 2025 CareSource Invitational is part of a broader, mission-aligned initiative sponsored by CareSource, a nonprofit managed care organization. The initiative aims at normalizing the mental health conversation nationwide, breaking the stigma, and promoting the overall well-being of children and teens.
