Time, TV set for Georgia-Vanderbilt football game on October 3

The Georgia football home game against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday, October 3 will air on the SEC Network at 12:45pm ET, the SEC announced.

The Bulldogs and Commodores last met in Nashville in 2023, with the Bulldogs recording a 37-20 victory. Georgia has defeated Vanderbilt in their six five meetings and the Bulldogs currently hold a big lead in the overall series, 61-20-2, which began in 1893.

The matchup with Vanderbilt will mark Georgia’s second appearance on the SEC Network this season, following the Sept. 12 contest against Western Kentucky. The Bulldogs have also appeared on SECN+ (Tennessee State), ABC (Arkansas), and ESPN (Oklahoma) once each during the 2026 campaign.

One additional kickoff time and television designation for later in the season has already been set: Georgia’s game against Florida at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday, Oct. 31 will kick off at its traditional 3:30pm ET slot on ABC.

Georgia’s six remaining 2026 contests are currently designated as Flex games with assigned kickoff windows. Those games include: at Alabama on Oct. 10 (6–8pm ET), vs. Auburn on Oct. 17 (3:30–4:30pm ET), at Ole Miss on Nov. 7 (3:30–8pm ET), vs. Missouri on Nov. 14 (3:30–8pm ET), at South Carolina on Nov. 21 (3:30–8pm ET), and vs. Georgia Tech on Nov. 28 (3:30–8pm ET). Exact kickoff times and TV assignments will be announced 6–12 days prior to each game.
