At 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, Dean is listed as a four-star prospect across major recruiting services, ranking as the No. 35 wide receiver nationally and the No. 226 overall recruit according to the Rivals Industry Ranking.
Dean received an offer from Georgia on May 6, per Rivals, and likes receivers coach James Coley.
“I like him a lot,” Dean recently told Rivals. “He keeps it blunt. He tells me the truth. Coach Coley tells me the things I want to hear and the things I don’t want to hear. That is one thing I like about him and the coaches at Georgia.”
Jamir Dean is the 15th commitment for the Georgia Bulldogs for the 2027 class and second wide receiver, joining Taurean Rawlins. Georgia’s class is now ranked No. 13 in the Rivals 2027 Industry Team Rankings.
