Georgia football junior wide receiver Dillon Bell, senior running back Cash Jones, and senior wide receiver Noah Thomas have each been named to the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watch List, according to an announcement Wednesday.
The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award is given annually to the “…top offensive player in Division I football who also exhibits the enduring characteristics that define Earl Campbell: integrity, performance, teamwork, sportsmanship, drive, community and tenacity; specifically, tenacity to persist and determination to overcome adversity and injury in pursuit of reaching goals.”
Nominees for the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award must meet one of the following criteria: Played football at and graduated from a Texas High School and/or currently playing at Texas D1 four-year college.
Other SEC players named to the 2025 watch list include Sedrick Alexander (Vanderbilt), Jackson Arnold (Auburn), CJ Baxter (Texas), Chris Brazzell, II (Tennessee), Taylen Green (Arkansas), Kewan Lacy (Ole Miss), DJ Lagway (Florida), John Mateer (Oklahoma), Seth McGowan (Kentucky), Jam Miller (Alabama), DeAndre Moore, Jr. (Texas), Garrett Nussmeier (LSU), Eli Stowers (Vanderbilt), Brenen Thompson (Mississippi State), Quintrevion Wisner (Texas), and Trey Zuhn, III (Texas A&M).
The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watch List will be trimmed to 16 semifinalists in November, and then up to five finalists in December. The winner of the award will be announced in December and celebrated at The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Banquet scheduled for January 21, 2026 in Tyler, Texas.

The Georgia Bulldogs are set to open the 2025 season at home against the Marshall Thundering Herd on Saturday, Aug. 30. The game will be televised live by ESPN at 3:30pm ET (Buy Tickets).
