Georgia rebounds in AP, Coaches polls after win over Tennessee

The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated the No. 7 Tennessee Volunteers 31-17 Saturday, have moved up in the AP and Coaches polls for Week 13.

Georgia (8-2, 6-2 SEC) moved up three spots in the AP Poll to No. 8, one spot ahead of Ole Miss. Oregon, undefeated at 11-0, again leads the AP Poll with all 62 first-place votes. Rounding out the top five are Ohio State (2), Texas (3), Penn State (4), and Indiana (5).

In the Coaches Poll, the Bulldogs moved up two spots from No. 10 to No. 8, while also remaining one spot ahead of Ole Miss. Oregon is also the top team in the Coaches Poll and is followed by Ohio State (2), Texas (3), Penn State (4), and Indiana (5).

The Georgia Bulldogs are next scheduled to host the UMass Minutemen on Saturday, Nov. 23 at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga. The game will be televised by the SEC Network at 12:45pm ET (Buy Tickets).
