Kelly (6-1, 175) committed to the Bulldogs over USC, to whom he had been committed since March. He was previously a 2026 commitment, but reclassified to the 2025 class.
Kelly provided Dawg fans a preview of what he will bring to Athens.
“You are getting a kid who is going to work to become the best version of himself day in and day out,” Kelly told Rivals.com. “As well as strive to elevate others by leading by example. Also someone who wants the best not only for the football team but for the University as a whole.”
In the 247Sports Composite, Dominick Kelly is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 33 cornerback, and the No. 349 overall recruit in the country for 2026.
Rivals.com also rates Dominick Kelly as a four-star recruit, the No. 37 defensive back, and the No. 63 overall recruit in Georgia for 2025.
With the addition of Dominick Kelly Georgia now has four commitments for the class of 2026. UGA’s class is currently ranked fifth in the 247Sports Team Rankings.
