Stagg (6-8, 220) committed to Georgia over offers from several top schools, including Houston, Michigan, and Oklahoma State.

Stagg is Mike White and Georgia’s second verbal commitment for the 2025 class. Jacob Wilkins, the son of UGA legend Dominique Wilkins, committed to the Bulldogs last fall.

Per NCSASports.org, Stagg averaged 12 points per game at AAU Virginia.

The Georgia Bulldogs are slated to return to the hardcourt with a pair of exhibition games against the Charlotte 49ers on Saturday, October 19 in Charlotte, N.C., and at home in Athens, Ga., against the UCF Knights on Tuesday, Oct. 29.

Georgia officially opens the 2024-25 season on Monday, Nov. 4 at home at Stegeman Coliseum against the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
