Elijah Griffin commits to UGA football for 2025 class

Elijah Griffin, a five-star defensive lineman from Savannah Christian Prep in Savannah, Ga., has committed to UGA football for the class of 2025.
Griffin announced his commitment to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on Friday during a ceremony at his school.

Griffin (6-5, 285) committed to the Bulldogs over offers from most of the top schools, including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and USC
In the 247Sports Composite, Elijah Griffin is rated as a five-star recruit, the No. 1 defensive lineman, and the No. 4 overall recruit in the country for 2025.
Rivals.com also rates Elijah Griffin as a five-star recruit, the No. 2 defensive lineman, and the No. 9 recruit in the country.
With the addition of Elijah Griffin Georgia now has 23 commitments for the class of 2025. UGA’s class is now ranked third in the 247Sports Team Rankings.
