Anthony Kruah, a 2025 three-star linebacker from Marietta, Ga., has flipped his commitment from North Carolina to UGA.

Kruah announced his commitment to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday morning during UGA’s off week.

Kirby Smart tweeted his usual response after the Kruah commitment.

Anthony Kruah (6-2, 210) previously committed to Mack Brown and the North Carolina Tar Heels in April, but changed his mind and pledged to the Bulldogs. He had offers from several other schools, including Auburn, Baylor, Boston College, Memphis, Michigan, and South Florida.

In the 247Sports Composite, Anthony Kruah is rated as a three-star recruit, the No. 54 linebacker, and the No. 531 overall recruit in the country for 2024. Rivals.com also rates Anthony Kruah as a three-star recruit, the No. 33 linebacker, and the No. 57 recruit from Georgia.

With the addition of Kruah, the Georgia Bulldogs now have 24 commitments for the class of 2025. UGA’s 2025 class is currently ranked third in the 247Sports Team Rankings, just behind Alabama and Ohio State.
