Talyn Taylor (6-1, 180) currently plays for Geneva Community High School in Geneva. He committed to Georgia over Michigan, Ohio State, Notre Dame, UCLA, and USC.
Taylor met UGA wide receivers coach James Coley earlier this spring, who played a big part in landing Taylor’s commitment.
“He’s (Coach Coley) a great coach,” Taylor told UGASports.com. “He’s definitely there to develop the receivers, definitely there to get them better, definitely there to make the program better. Just overall, a great coach.”
In the 247Sports Composite, Talyn Taylor is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 10 wide receiver, and the No. 71 overall recruit in the country for 2025.
Rivals.com also rates Talyn Taylor as a four-star recruit, the No. 6 wide receiver, and the No. 29 overall recruit in the nation.
With the addition of Talyn Taylor, Georgia now has 13 commitments for the class of 2025. UGA’s class has moved up two spots and is now ranked fourth in the 247Sports Team Rankings.
