G-Day 2024 to be streamed live by SEC Network+, ESPN+

G-Day 2024 on Saturday, April 13 will be streamed live by SEC Network+ and ESPN+, it was announced on Monday.

G-Day is Georgia’s annual Red vs. Black Spring game. This seasons matchup will kickoff at 1:00pm ET at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga.

With G-Day on April 13 this year, the annual game will take place two weeks after Easter weekend. However, G-Day will be played the same week as the Masters golf tournament in Augusta, Ga., which is slated for April 11-14, 2024.

Georgia’s 2024 Pro Day will also be televised. The annual event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 13 and will be televised live by the SEC Network at 10:00am ET.

The Georgia Bulldogs finished the 2023 season 13-1 overall and 8-0 in the SEC. Georgia closed out the season with a 63-3 victory over the Florida State Seminoles in the Capital One Orange Bowl in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Georgia is scheduled to open the 2024 season on Saturday, Aug. 31 against the Clemson Tigers in the Aflac Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga. The Bulldogs host Tennessee Tech the following week on Sept. 7 before opening SEC action on the road on Sept. 14 against Kentucky.

    why do GA fans have to pay to watch G Day game, when the Alabama A Day game is free to watch on espn?
