G-Day 2024 set for Saturday, April 13
G-Day 2024 has been set for Saturday, April 13, UGA has announced. G-Day is Georgia’s annual Red vs. Black Spring game.

With G-Day on April 13 this year, the annual game will take place two weeks after Easter weekend. However, G-Day will be played the same week as the Masters golf tournament in Augusta, Ga., which is slated for April 11-14, 2024.
Kickoff for the G-Day game will be announced later and it will likely be televised by an ESPN network or the SEC Network.
According to a report from UGASports.com, the Bulldogs will begin Spring practice on Tuesday, March 12. Georgia will practice a total of 15 times, which includes the G-Day game.
The Georgia Bulldogs finished the 2023 season 13-1 overall and 8-0 in the SEC. Georgia closed out the season with a 63-3 drubbing of the Florida State Seminoles in the Capital One Orange Bowl in Miami Gardens, Fla.
Georgia is scheduled to open the 2024 season on Saturday, Aug. 31 against the Clemson Tigers in the Aflac Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga. The Bulldogs host Tennessee Tech the following week on Sept. 7 before opening SEC action on the road on Sept. 14 against Kentucky.
