Joseph Jonah-Ajonye commits to UGA football for 2024 class
Joseph Jonah-Ajonye, a four-star defensive lineman from Conroe, Texas, has committed to UGA football for the class of 2024.
Jonah-Ajonye committed to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on Thursday evening.

“I cried when I got the offer,” Jonah-Ajonye told Rivals.com. “Everything that I was working for was really just for that. I’ve watched their defense dominate, and I really wanted to be a part of that

Joseph Jonah-Ajonye (6-4, 275) currently plays for Oak Ridge High School in Conroe. He committed to UGA over Georgia Tech, Oklahoma, and Oregon, plus several other top schools.
In the 247Sports Composite, Joseph Jonah-Ajonye is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 6 defensive lineman, and the No. 37 overall recruit in the country for 2024. Rivals.com also rates Joseph Jonah-Ajonye as a four-star recruit, the No. 6 defensive lineman, and the No. 80 overall recruit in the country.
With the addition of Jonah-Ajonye, the Georgia Bulldogs now have 24 commitments for the class of 2024. UGA’s 2024 class remains ranked first in the 247Sports Team Rankings ahead of Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, and USC.
