Kristopher Jones (6-2, 220) currently plays for Fairfax High School in Fairfax. He committed to UGA over Florida and Michigan State, and he also had offers from most of the top schools in the country.
“The way they play defense is something I want to be a part of,” Jones told UGASports.com. “One of my dreams is to play at the professional level. I know Georgia is a place where I can achieve that goal, especially under the tutelage of Coach Schumann.”
In the 247Sports Composite, Kristopher Jones is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 9 linebacker, and the No. 133 overall recruit in the country for 2024. Rivals.com also rates Kristopher Jones as a four-star recruit, the No. 7 linebacker, and the No. 139 recruit nationally.
Last week, the back-to-back national champion Bulldogs picked up a commitment from five-star linebacker Justin Williams out of Conroe, Texas.
With the addition of Jones, the Georgia Bulldogs now have 26 commitments for the class of 2024. UGA’s 2024 class remains ranked first in the 247Sports Team Rankings ahead of Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, and Penn State.
