Georgia remains atop AP, Coaches polls following win over Tennessee
The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 27-13 on Saturday, have remained atop the AP Poll and Coaches Poll for Week 11.
Georgia received 1,574 points in the AP Poll, which is 46 more points than they received last week. The Bulldogs received 62 of the 63 first-place votes, with the other going to the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes. Michigan, TCU, and Tennessee round out the top five in the AP Poll.
In the Coaches Poll, the Bulldogs received 1,572 points and 61 first-place votes, up 20 points and 16 first-place votes from last week.
The Bulldogs’ next game is on Saturday, Nov. 12 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Miss. The game will be televised by ESPN at 7:00pm ET.
