Will Snellings, a long-snapper from Fayetteville, Ga., has committed to UGA football for the class of 2023.

Snellings announced his commitment to Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs on Monday via his Twitter account. He is expected to be a preferred walk-on at UGA for at least the 2023 season.

Snellings’ father, Paul Snellings, played at UGA from 1994 to 1998 with now head coach Kirby Smart.

Will Snellings (6-2, 220) currently plays linebacker at Whitewater High School in Fayetteville. He also had offers from North Alabama and Old Dominion.

With the addition of Snellings, the Georgia Bulldogs now have 18 commitments for the class of 2023. UGA’s class is currently ranked third in the 247Sports Team Rankings. Ohio State currently leads the pack, and they are followed by Notre Dame and Georgia. Texas, Clemson, Penn State, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Alabama, and LSU round out the top 10.
