3-star linebacker Donovan Westmoreland commits to UGA for 2022

The Georgia Bulldogs have received another commitment for the 2022 class, this one from three-star outside linebacker Donovan Westmoreland of Griffin, Ga.
Chad Simmons of Rivals.com reported the news of Westmoreland’s commitment on Friday afternoon.

Donovan Westmoreland (6-2, 215) committed to the Bulldogs over offers from several top schools, including Georgia Tech, Illinois, Louisville, Maryland, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Syracuse, Tennessee and others.
In the 247Sports Composite, Westmoreland is rated as a three-star recruit, the No. 34 outside linebacker, and the No. 492 overall recruit in the country for 2022.
Rivals.com also rates Westmoreland as a three-star recruit and the No. 37 outside linebacker.
With the addition of Donovan Westmoreland, the Georgia Bulldogs now have six commitments for the class of 2022. UGA’s class is now ranked 3rd in the 247Sports Team Rankings behind Ohio State and Penn State.
