The UGA football Homecoming game for the 2020 season has been set, according to the website of UGA’s Homecoming.

Georgia’s 2020 Homecoming game will be played on Saturday, Nov. 21 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens. Mississippi State is now lead by former Washington State head coach Mike Leach.

The Bulldogs last hosted the Mississippi State Bulldogs for Homecoming on Oct. 7, 1950 under head coach Wally Butts. Georgia defeated Mississippi State in that contest, 27-0.

In all of their Homecoming games, the Georgia Bulldogs hold a 78-18-2 record. Last season, Georgia defeated Kentucky 21-0.

Georgia’s 2020 Homecoming game is preceded by a trip to take on the Missouri Tigers in Columbia on Saturday, Nov. 14. It is followed by a game at the South Carolina Gamecocks on Nov. 28 before the Bulldogs close out the regular-season at home against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Dec. 5.

Georgia is set to open their 2020 SEC-only football schedule on Saturday, Sept. 26 on the road against the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Bulldogs’ first home game is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3 against the Auburn Tigers.
