4-star running back Lovasea Carroll commits to Georgia for 2021
Lovasea Carroll, a four-star running back from Bradenton, Fla., has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs for the class of 2021.
Carroll announced his commitment to UGA via his Twitter account on Thursday just after noon.

“First off, I would like to Thank the man above for blessing me with this opportunity,” Carroll stated. “Also I would like to Thank my mom and everybody else who stood behind me throughout this journey.”
Lovasea Carroll (6-1, 189) plays for IMG Academy. He committed to the Georgia Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, and others.
In the 247Sports Composite, Lovasea Carroll is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 8 running back, and the No. 122 overall recruit for the 2021 class.
Rivals.com also rates Carroll as a four-star recruit. They list him as the No. 8 running back and the No. 134 overall recruit for 2021.
Lovasea Carroll is the second commitment in as many days for Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs. Yesterday, four-star offensive lineman Micah Morris tweeted his decision to commit to Georgia.
Georgia now has a total of six commitments for the 2021 recruiting class. The Bulldogs’ class is currently ranked 8th in the country by 247Sports, which is an increase of six positions after Carroll’s commitment.
