UGA offensive line coach Sam Pittman has reeled in another top recruit, this time garnering a commitment from four-star offensive tackle Joshua Braun of Live Oak, Florida (Suwannee High School).

Joshua’s father, Mike Braun, announced the commitment Monday evening on Twitter.

Joshua Braun (6-6, 335) committed to the Bulldogs over Florida, South Carolina, Auburn, and Florida State. He also had offers from Miami (FL) and Michigan.

In the 247Sports Composite, Joshua Braun is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 25 offensive tackle, and the No. 286 overall recruit for the 2020 class.

Braun is also rated as a four-star recruit by Rivals.com. They list him as the 24th best defensive tackle in the country and a member of the Rivals250 for 2020 (No. 248).

After news of the commitment became public, Sam Pittman responded in his typical fashion.

The Georgia Bulldogs now have 12 commitments for the 2020 class and have moved up to the No. 4 class in the 247Sports team rankings. The Bulldogs currently trail Clemson (1), LSU (2), and Alabama (3).
