JC Vega commits to the Georgia Bulldogs for 2019

Long snapper JC Vega has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs for the class of 2019. Vega announced his commitment to UGA via his Twitter account on Sunday.

Vega (6-0, 215) currently plays for Buford High School in Buford, Georgia. In addition to long-snapper, Vega also plays outside linebacker at Buford. He is ranked as a 4.5-star recruit by Rubio Long Snapping.

Georgia signed 21 recruits during the early signing period. The regular signing period begins on Wednesday, Feb. 6.

JC Vega will likely be a preferred walk-on for the Bulldogs with a chance to earn a scholarship at a later date.
