UGA football: Four-star QB John Rhys Plumlee commits for 2019

UGA football has picked up their ninth commitment for the class of 2019, this one from four-star quarterback John Rhys Plumlee of Hattiesburg, Mississippi (Oak Grove).
Plumlee announced his commitment on Twitter on Friday evening.

Plumlee (6-1, 185) committed to the Georgia Bulldogs over offers from most of the top schools, including Auburn, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Alabama, Florida, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Southern Miss, Tulane, and Virginia.
In the 247Sports Composite, Plumlee is listed as a four-star recruit, the No. 20 athlete, and the No. 269 overall recruit for the 2019 class.
John Rhys Plumlee is rated three-stars and the No. 14 dual-threat quarterback by Rivals.com.
Per 247Sports, Georgia’s 2019 class is currently rated 8th in the country.
