UGA set to begin 2017 preseason football practice on Monday, July 31
The Georgia Bulldogs are set to begin their 2017 preseason football practice on Monday, July 31.
Head coach Kirby Smart will speak to the media at noon ET on Monday, and the session will be streamed live on GeorgiaDogs.com.
The Bulldogs will hold a full team practice each day next week. Monday’s practice will be helmets only and will begin around 4:53pm.
Practices on Tuesday through Friday will begin at approximately 3:18pm. Tuesday will be helmets only, Wednesday and Thursday will be helmets and pads, and Friday will be full pads.
All UGA football practices are closed to the public.
Georgia is scheduled to kick off the 2017 season on Saturday, Sept. 2 at home against the Appalachian State Mountaineers. The game is set for 6:15pm ET on ESPN.
