2017 4-Star QB Jake Fromm flips commitment from Bama to UGA

2017 four-star quarterback Jake Fromm has flipped his commitment from Alabama to UGA. After visiting Athens twice over the past week, Fromm switched and confirmed the news today via his Twitter account.

Fromm (6-3, 220) currently attends Houston County High School in Warner Robins, Georgia. A few other schools that have offered Fromm include Alabama, Miami, Michigan State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech.

In the 247Sports Composite, Jake Fromm is rated as a four-star recruit, the No. 4 pro-style quarterback, and the No. 64 overall player in the country. Rivals.com rates Fromm as a four-star prospect, the No. 3 pro-style quarterback, and No. 54 overall.

Fromm’s commitment gives the Georgia Bulldogs six commitments for the 2017 class.
