The Georgia Bulldogs are ranked 5th in the 2013 USA TODAY Sports Preseason Top 25 Coaches Poll. UGA, who finished 12-2 and ranked 4th in 2012, received a total of 1,061 points.
Four of Georgia’s 2013 opponents are ranked in the preseason poll. South Carolina is ranked 7th, Clemson is 8th, Florida is 10th, and LSU is 13th.
Alabama tops the preseason Top 25 rankings while Texas A&M is 6th. Other SEC teams to receive votes include Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
The SEC leads all conferences with six teams in the Top 25 poll, including five in the Top 10. The Big 12 is second with six teams, followed by the Big Ten with four, ACC with two, and the AAC, MWC, and Independents (Notre Dame) with one.

Pretty much agree with the polls except for Ohio State, what a joke, they play in a terrible conference and always lose when they play anybody any good. Doesn't matter where you start it's where you end up.
UGA would be DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, were it not for a blown call in the SEC Championship Game. I watched the whole debacle from the first row of the Georgia Dome. So close. But close obviously doesn't count.
