Georgia Southern at Georgia to be televised by WSB-TV

Georgia BulldogsGeorgia’s Nov. 17 home game against Georgia Southern will be televised by WSB-TV Channel 2 in HD, their website indicates. The game will kick off at 1:30 p.m. ET.

This will be Georgia’s first appearance on WSB-TV since a 2010 game against Idaho State. UGA won that game 55-7.

Georgia is 4-0 all-time against Georgia Southern. The Bulldogs defeated the Eagles 34-7 in 1992, 29-7 in 2000, 48-28 in 2004, and 45-21 in 2008.

GSU is currently 7-2 overall and 6-2 in the Southern Conference. The Eagles fell to the Appalachian State Mountaineers 31-28 yesterday.
