Dawgs fall to Florida Gators 71-62

13th-ranked Florida trailed by seven at the half, but thrashed Georgia in the second half to win 71-62. For the Dawgs, it was their ninth straight loss to the Gators in Gainesville.

The Bulldogs opened up a 10 point lead in the first half and led by seven at the break. But the Gators outscored the Bulldogs 45-29 in the second half. The loss drops Georgia to 18-9 overall and 7-6 in the SEC.

Travis Leslie led the Bulldogs with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Trey Thompkins added 16 points and 7 rebounds.

Next up for the Bulldogs is a home game against South Carolina on Saturday, February 26 (7:00 p.m. ET; FSN).
