Dream Team: Ray Drew to announce Friday, Isaiah Crowell on Signing Day

SicEmDawgs.com

UGAMark Richt and the Georgia Bulldogs are trying hard to add to an already great 2011 recruiting class, dubbed the “Dream Team.” Currently, Georgia’s class is rated 9th by Rivals.com.

The Dawgs are in the thick of it for highly sought after recruits Ray Drew, Isaiah Crowell, Johnathan Jenkins, Jeoffrey Pagan, Antonio Richardson and Marcus Roberson. Here is the latest on when each of them will announce their decisions:

Ray Drew (profile)

The 6-5, 243-pound Thomasville, Georgia defensive end will make his decision known on Friday at 10:00 a.m. ET at his school. The Rivals.com 5-star recruit will choose between Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU and Miami (FL).

Isaiah Crowell (profile)

Crowell (5-11, 210) is perhaps the best running back to come out of the state of Georgia in years (Rivals.com 5-star, no. 23 overall). The Bulldogs desperately need a game-changing back, and Crowell fits that description. Isaiah will choose between Alabama and Georgia on Signing Day at 1:30 p.m. ET.

Johnathan Jenkins (profile)

Jenkins, formerly an Oklahoma State commitment, is a 6-4, 340-pound defensive tackle from Gulf Coast Community College. Jenkins will announce between Florida, Georgia, Miami (FL) and Oklahoma State on Saturday, February 5 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Jeoffrey Pagan (profile)

Pagan, a 6-4, 272-pound defensive end from Asheville, North Carolina, was previously committed to Florida and is now committed to Clemson. He is still considering the Dawgs and will announce his final decision on Signing Day at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Antonio Richardson (profile)

Tennessee is the favorite for the 6-6, 310-pound Rivals.com 4-star offensive tackle from Nashville, Tennessee. But Richt and the Bulldogs are trying their hardest to get him to join the Dream Team. Richardson will sign his letter of intent on Signing Day.

Marcus Roberson (profile)

Cornerback Marcus Roberson (6-1, 170) is currently committed to Tommy Tuberville and Texas Tech. But the Dawgs are still trying to get him on board.

Who do you think will sign with the Dawgs and join the Dream Team? Discuss it in the comments below.
