The 2009-10 Georgia Bulldogs Basketball Schedule was officially released by UGA today. The first game under new head coach Mark Fox will be an exhibition game Friday, November 6 against North Georgia in Athens.
The first regular-season game for the Dawgs will be at home against New Orleans on Friday, November 13. Georgia then faces Wofford, UAB, UNC-Asheville, Jacksonville State and Saint Louis before facing some tougher programs in St. John’s, Virginia Tech, Illinois, Missouri and Georgia Tech.
The 2010 SEC season opener for the Dawgs will be at Rupp Arena against the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday, January 9. Their first SEC home game is against Ole Miss on Wednesday, January 13.
All 16 of Georgia’s SEC games will be televised, either on ESPN2, ESPNU, FSN, CSS or the SEC Network.
