Safety Jakar Hamilton Commits to the Georgia Bulldogs
Georgia Military College safety Jakar Hamilton has verbally committed to the Georgia Bulldogs. Hamilton made his announcement today at Wild Wing Cafe in Augusta, Georgia. He is commitment number 14 for the 2010 class.
Hamilton (6-2, 196, 4.4) attended Strom Thurmond High School in Johnston, South Carolina but did not qualify academically to enroll in 2008. He committed to the Dawgs over offers from Alabama, Auburn, Illinois, N.C. State and West Virginia.
At GMC last season, Jakar Hamilton had 50 tackles, four interceptions and eight pass breakups.
