Wide Receiver Da’Rick Rogers Commits to the Georgia Bulldogs

The Georgia Bulldogs picked up a huge commitment today from wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers of Calhoun, Georgia (Calhoun High School). Rogers is the 5th commitment for the Dawgs for 2010 and was primarily recruited by Tony Ball.

Rogers (6-3, 206, 4.4) committed to UGA over offers from several top schools including Alabama, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Mississippi State, N.C. State, Ole Miss, West Virginia and UCF.

As a Junior, Rogers caught 66 passes for 1,300 yards and 11 tounchdowns. He is rated as a 4-star recruit by Rivals.com, no. 22 in the Rivals100 and the 4th best wide receiver. Scout.com also ranks Rogers as a 4-star recruit and has him rated as the 11th best wide receiver.
