Georgia Adds New Mexico State Aggies to 2011 Football Schedule

The Georgia Bulldogs have added the New Mexico State Aggies to their 2011 football schedule, the Athens Banner-Herald has reported. The game will be played in Athens on November 5, 2011 and the contract calls for the Aggies to receive $925,000.

The Bulldogs hold a 3-0 lead all-time against the Aggies, members of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). All three games were played in Athens, with Georgia prevailing 40-13 (1995), 37-0 (2000) and 41-10 (2002).

The addition of New Mexico State completes the non-conference schedule for the Bulldogs in 2011. Georgia also has home games scheduled against Louisville and Coastal Carolina and will face Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
